Enlow, who is CEO of Unisea, replaces Peter Pan's Barry Collier, who was president of the ASMI board. A spokeswoman for Walker says Enlow was chosen to replace Collier, because Walker wanted another Alaskan on the board.

Riggs replaces Icicle’s Amy Humphreys who left the board last year after leaving Icicle.

Ocean Beauty CEO Mark Palmer, of Seattle, was also reappointed for another three-year term.

ASMI is a a partnership between the seafood industry and the state of Alaska to promote Alaska seafood domestically and abroad. It is a public corporation, and members of the board of directors are appointed by the governor. The board next meets March 31 in Juneau to discuss budget issues.
