Two Young Men Arrested Tuesday in Separate Alcohol-Related Incidents

DILLINGHAM:  An elderly couple called Dillingham police Wednesday after they returned from an evening walk to find a half-naked, unknown man passed out inside their home. Police arrested 20-year-old Weylin Nelson, who was booked for habitual underage drinking.

Police also arrested 23-year-old Lucas Murphy Wednesday. At about 6 p.m., an officer found Murphy passed out behind the wheel of his car. The car was stopped in the middle of Emperor Way, and the engine was still running.

Murphy was booked for DWI, driving on a revoked license, refusing to submit to a breathalyzer, and violating his release conditions from a separate case.
