Equity group Paine and Partners announced it had found a buyer for Icicle Seafoods (which owns the Wood River Plant in Dillingham, pictured). Icicle will be sold in two parts to Convergence Holdings, Inc. and Dominion Catchers. Under the transactions, Convergence will acquire Icicle's land-based wild seafood processing and farmed salmon activities, and Dominion will acquire the Company's harvesting and processing vessels as well as the associated fishing rights.
