This week, we’ll speak with one area lodge owner about this week’s float plane crash that killed three guests of a lodge in Iliamna.

The fall moose hunting season has wrapped up for many on the west side of Bristol Bay. Fish and Game gives a preliminary look at the moose harvest numbers, and a few of you share stories of efforts.

This weekend, many will be out to participate in a run in honoring a man who is becoming more of a name than a memory: we’ll reflect on Dillingham Police Officer Tony Jones, killed in the line of duty in February 1992.

Plus the new DCSD music teacher stops by to play us out.

All that after a look back at some of the week's news.

This bull caribou walked up what might've been conveniently close to a hunting / camping party at Heart Lake north of Dillingham. The party was had already harvested another caribou, and merely shot photos of this impressive grazer.
