Contest Rules

Rules for Calendar Art Contest

1: All submissions must be the submitter’s own work or written permission must be given to submit on behalf of someone else.   

- If work submitted is someone else’s personal work then credit must be given to the original artist.

2: No submission may contain obscenity in any way. This includes but is not limited to: nudity, ‘curse words’, excessive blood and gore, negative contexts based on race, gender, orientation, religion, disability or ethnicity.
 

3: Any submitted work may consist of photography, painting, pen and ink drawings or other two-dimensional, photographable artwork.

4: Upon submission of Artwork to KDLG the submitter gives permission for the reproduction of said artwork for use on the website of KDLG, in the Annual KDLG Calendar, and in any promotional materials for the station. At all times credit to the artist will be attached to the artwork.

5: Submissions will be chosen by the community at large as well as the KDLG staff and KDLG Advisory Board Members.
 

6: Any question as to the legality of a submission or its compliance with these rules will be decided by the Staff of KDLG.
