Seashare seeks to donate more seafood to rural Alaska

Charitable non-profit looking for partners to help put more of donated catch, often from Bering Sea, onto tables in rural Alaska.

The nonprofit charity SeaShare works to put seafood, whether caught as bycatch or donated by fishermen, into foodbanks around the country. Most of that catch comes from the Bering Sea. The organization is now working to put more of donated seafood onto tables in hungry households in more parts Alaska.   KDLG’s Dave Bendinger has more:
