Levelock 26-year-old accused of sleeping with 13-year-old

KDLG: An arrest warrant has been issued for Keith Duey Andrew, 26, of Levelock, who is charged with second and third degree sexual abuse of a minor.

In a sworn affidavit filed in the Naknek court, state troopers described an investigation that began in February. A woman reported to troopers in King Salmon that Andrew had had sexual intercourse with her 13-year-old daughter.

The incident allegedly occurred when the girl's father was out of the village. Troopers say the father asked his daughter about it, and she admitted to having "consensual" sex with Andrew. State law does not allow for consent between a person 17 years of age or older and a person 13, 14, or 15 years of age and at least four years younger.

Troopers wrote that Andrew has "acknowledged" the alleged conduct occurred, and added that the 13-year-old became pregnant from the sexual contact with Andrew.
