Alaska Governor Sean Parnell put his signature on the capital and operating budgets for the next fiscal year during a signing ceremony Wednesday in Anchorage. Before signing the budgets the Governor gave a speech to the Anchorage East Rotary. KDLG’s Mike Mason listened in and filed this report.
