KDLG: State troopers in Dillingham are investigating an ATV crash that happened in Twin Hills Friday evening.
A driver on an ATV allegedly struck an 11-year-old child and then crashed into a ditch. The child reportedly had minor injuries, but the driver was medevaced to Dillingham and spent the weekend in the hospital.
Troopers have not yet named the driver. They say alcohol was involved, and are forwarding charges of third degree assault and driving under the influence to the district attorney’s office.
