Bristol Bay and Beyond, April 15:  This week, the Alaska Legislature's scheduled end draws near, but Representative Bryce Edgmon tells us they probably won't adjourn on Sunday. Fish and Game area management biologist Tim Sands talks about early herring spotted in Togiak. Nushagak Drifter Robert Heyano explains what he was actually hoping for when he said he wanted more flood fishing this season. We visit Togiak, where the community is looking for wellness amidst growing substance issues. And Bristol Bay Native Association's new Director of Natural Resources, Verner Wilson, introduces himself. Those stories, plus a look back at some of the week's news.
