New Highway Report Ranks Alaska at 49th in the Country 09/02/10

A non-profit think tank called the “Reason Foundation” has released their “Annual Highway Report” which grades the performance of state highway systems. That report puts Alaska’s overall rank as 49th in the Union. That’s an improvement over last year’s report when Alaska ranked dead last. KDLG’s Mike Mason has the details. (3:11)
